trunking/cabling as required.
Data/Computer System:
All floors have complete conduits/trunking without cabling up to
individual patch panels in same floor. Risers are available through building
shaft. Saudi Telecom has provided a total of 100 individual telephone lines for
Inara Plaza.
Telecommunication Services: A complete
telecommunications network is available through floor trunking system for
telephone and provisional for data.
Technical
Air-conditioning: The building is equipped with two
"Carrier" chillers of 110 tons capacity. Each AHU capacity 2@94 tons, and ice
storage system.
Elevator: The building is equipped with
3 "Kone" passenger elevators with a capacity of 12 persons (1,000 Kgs)
each.
Insulation: The building has GRC sunshade, and
rubber base water proofing tank system, and heat and water insulation on the
roof.
