Inara - Plaza

Inara Plaza is built as one of the most modern buildings in Riyadh, designed by a world-renowned architect, Mr. Nabeel Fanous. Also, Oxford University in England provided a detailed technical study of the design that added practical, functional, and beauty aspects to the building.

Today Inara Plaza is one of the main business landmarks in Riyadh with its prestigious clientele who include some of the largest and most well known companies in Saudi Arabia. A slight technical description of the building follows.


Building

Building Location:
Ahsa Road - Malaz - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Premise:
Total rentable net space is approximately 5,500m2.
No. of floors: 6floors.
Each floor is approximately 900 m2.

Security:
Security staff are located 24 hours per day in the main lobby, and parking entrance and exit.

Floor Loads:
· Concrete structural system.
· Design dead load: 9.3 KN/ m2.
· Design live load: 500 KN/ m2.

Hours of Operation:
The building is accessible 24 hours per day.

Building Management
Inara Company Limited provides in-house building management.

Telecommunication Equipment:
Dedicated Risers All floors have individual telephone terminal cabinets in Basement 1 in the control room where PABX is to be provided with trunking/cabling as required.

Data/Computer System:
All floors have complete conduits/trunking without cabling up to individual patch panels in same floor. Risers are available through building shaft. Saudi Telecom has provided a total of 100 individual telephone lines for Inara Plaza.

Telecommunication Services:
A complete telecommunications network is available through floor trunking system for telephone and provisional for data.


Technical

Air-conditioning:
The building is equipped with two "Carrier" chillers of 110 tons capacity. Each AHU capacity 2@94 tons, and ice storage system.

Elevator:
The building is equipped with 3 "Kone" passenger elevators with a capacity of 12 persons (1,000 Kgs) each.

Insulation:
The building has GRC sunshade, and rubber base water proofing tank system, and heat and water insulation on the roof.

Type of Ceiling:
Gypsum board false ceiling below concrete slabs.

Type of lighting:
Fluorescent 58w tubes, 220v ballast. Corridors and stairs connect to central battery system.

Toilet Facilities:
One common toilet area per floor containing 3 hand washbasins and 3 individual stalls with 3 WC seat. There is one individual fully enclosed toilet on each floor. Also, there are provisions for 2 extra toilets in both northern and southern tips on each floor.

Power supply:
220v and 110v in each floor. Service box through floor trunking system.

Electrical closet on floor:
Electrical room available in each floor.

Energy Management System:
The building is equipped with a Building Management System from "Honeywell".
